Christian Formation

Think Sunday School, but bigger! The Christian faith is all about community. We have ways for all ages to learn about our faith and grow as followers of Jesus

  • All Ages Formation – During the program year (Sept – May) we gather most Sundays at 9 am in White Hall for seasonal offerings. We have snacks together then split into adult and children’s groups to grow in the knowledge and love of God. Come as you are and don’t worry about preparing anything.
  • The Women’s Intergenerational Bible Study – This group for adult women of all ages meets on Monday evenings to study the Bible, usually using a study guide, and to build bonds of Christian friendship.
  • Theology Before Lunch – This group meets via zoom Thursdays at 10:30 am to study a book on Christian themes. TBL has been meeting since 2020 to discuss and share thoughts on books of faith as well as books of the Bible and the Book of Common Prayer.

On occasion, the clergy and people of St. Andrew’s will offer other opportunities to learn and grow. Past offerings include prayer workshops, discussions on caring for the Earth, and spiritual retreats.
